Getting started at Ludo ABA
Starting ABA can feel like a lot. Here are the steps, in order, so you know what comes next. Ludo opens November 10, 2026.
Four steps
Reach out
Fill out our new client inquiry form, call 346-778-1313 or email admin@ludoaba.com. We’ll answer your questions about ABA at Ludo.
Talk about insurance
Call us with your insurance card handy and we’ll explain what your plan asks for.
Assessment
Bring your child to our Tomball center. Your child’s clinical team gets to know your child and looks at their current skills. This is called an assessment.
Plan and scheduling
The clinical team writes a treatment plan with goals that matter to your family. After any required insurance authorization, we’ll talk with you about availability and scheduling.
For your child’s privacy, please don’t include medical or insurance details in email.
Insurance
| Plan | Status |
|---|---|
| Aetna (commercial plans) | In network |
| UnitedHealthcare | Credentialing in progress (not accepted yet) |
| Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas | Credentialing in progress (not accepted yet) |
| Medicaid | We are not accepting Medicaid at this time, including Medicaid managed care plans. |
| Other plans | Call 346-778-1313 to talk about your plan. |
In network means Ludo has a contract with that insurance company. Your plan’s deductible, copay or coinsurance may still apply.
Many plans need to approve ABA before it starts. This is called prior authorization.
Still waiting on a diagnosis?
Most insurance plans require an autism diagnosis before they cover ABA therapy. If you’re still waiting, you’re welcome to reach out now. Call us and we’ll talk through what your plan asks for.
Ready to talk about your child?
We’ll answer your questions about ABA at Ludo, your insurance and next steps. No obligation.
For your child’s privacy, please don’t include medical or insurance details in email.
