Center-based ABA therapy for kids ages 2–14
Ludo ABA will offer one-on-one ABA therapy at our Tomball center, starting November 10, 2026. Here’s what ABA is and how it will work at Ludo.
Play-based ABA at Ludo
We use the science of how kids learn, built into play your child chooses. Your child’s interests lead the session, and new skills grow from there.
Goals may include:
- Expressing wants and needs in whatever way works for your child
- Handling big feelings
- Taking turns and sharing play with adults
- Daily routines that matter to your family
Every child’s goals are different.

If you’ve heard concerns about ABA
We’ve heard them too, including from autistic adults. Ludo was built around those concerns. See what we do differently
One-on-one, at our center
All ABA therapy at Ludo is 1:1 (one-on-one): one member of your child’s clinical team working with one child. All ABA therapy happens at our Tomball center.
Ages 2 to 14
Ludo works with kids ages 2 to 14. Every child’s goals are different.
How it works
Assessment
Your child’s clinical team gets to know your child and looks at their current skills.
Goals
Goals are individual to your child, based on the assessment and what matters most to your family.
Plan
The clinical team writes a treatment plan. Many insurance plans review it before therapy starts and decide how many hours to cover. That’s called prior authorization. Most insurance plans require an autism diagnosis before they cover ABA therapy.
Sessions
Your child works one-on-one with a member of the clinical team, who follows the plan.
Progress
Progress is reviewed regularly, and the plan is updated as your child grows.
How many hours a week? Your child’s clinical team recommends hours based on your child’s needs. Your insurance plan decides how many hours it covers.
The assessment is done by your child’s clinical team at our center. Parents are welcome to be part of it.
Parents and caregivers are part of every plan. Your child’s clinical team will meet with you regularly to share what your child is working on and ideas to use at home.
You’re welcome to watch your child’s sessions.
You’ll hear how sessions went at appointment check-out, and your child’s clinical team will review progress with you.
Your child’s clinical team
Your child’s clinical team assesses your child, writes the treatment plan and reviews progress.
In each session, your child works one-on-one with a member of that team.
